Why Mr Flex
Mr Flex Nigeria is an annual body building and fitness championship designed to promote, develop and recreate mindset of the youths and Nigerians concerning bodybuilders and the need to maintain fitness lifestyle.

To positively position and develop our athletes to excel in their chosen career and to uplift body building, fitness, physique programs, power sports and the youths to gain more slots and leadership position for the country.

BADA LEKAN
One of the previous contestant is currently plying his career in the USA and has won many titles such as the MUSCLE BEACH and NPC CLASSICS.
DAVID EKPE
In 2011, David Ekpe, a two-time first runner up, became the first Nigerian and African to win MR CALIFORNIA in USA and 12th place in ARNOLD CLASSIC
ABDULRASAQ KAZEEM
He was a 2023 winner and a three times runner up. He came 6th in AFRICA BODY BUILDING CHAMPIONSHIP in MOROCCO. He is presently the COACH of NIGERIAN WRESLING FEDERATION, Lagos Chapter.
FEMI ADESOYE
Femi Adesoye who won the MR FLEX NIGERIA title in 2014, contested in ARNOLD AFRICA in SOUTH AFRICA, 2018 and was the first runner up.
FRIDAY IFESINACHI
He is a two time MR FLEX NIGERIA CHAMPION who has won different merit awards and featured in NOLLYWOOD MOVIES. He is currently pursuing his career in ABU DHABI as a Body Builder and Fitness Instructor.
GLORY MOSES
Glory Moses is a Ms FLEX NIGERIA CHAMPION and a FEMALE BODY BUILDER based in the USA. She is currently working towards becoming the most popular FEMALE BODY BUILDER, and POWER LIFTER.
